By accepting delivery of product described in Arlington Motorsports invoices or other documentation, customer agrees and bound by these accepted terms and conditions of sale. If Arlington Motorsports and customer agree to separate terms and conditions, in which this case will be agreed upon.

These terms and condition of sales is a binding contract between the customer and Arlington Motorsports. By making a purchase, placing an order or shopping on Arlington Motorsports website customer accepts the terms and condition stated on Arlington Motorsports website. These terms and conditions of sale are subject to change without notice.

Terms and Condition constitute of sale a entire agreement between customer and Arlington Motorsports and Customer agrees to receiving electronic records via web browser and or email that is connected to the internet.

Shipments: Risk of Loss
The order will be shipped to address given by customer when customer places an order, as long as address is compliant with the shipping restrictions that is stated on the website of Arlington Motorsports. All purchases from Arlington Motorsports website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss from this website pass to customer upon delivery of the item to the carrier. The customer is responsible for filing any claims for damage of product or loss of product. Customer is responsible for any shipping and related charges.

Warranties
Customer understands that Arlington Motorsports is not the manufacturer of products purchase by customer hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer. Customer understands and relies on the manufacture specifications only and is not relying on statements, specifications in brochures, photographs and or illustrations that are provided by Arlington Motorsports.

Price Policies
Individual product descriptions are claims from the manufacturer and/or distributor, they are not guaranteed accurate. Prices are subject to change without notice. Mistakenly posted prices on the website do not obligate us to those incorrect prices. We reserve the right to refuse any sell to anyone for any reason.

Returns
All Returns must be post marked no later than 14 days from the customer’s original ship date. All Returns must be in new condition and included in original packaging. Customer must contact Arlington Motorsports for a Return Authorization Number. Customer must ship all products in a shipping box or envelope and must have R.A. number on the package in a visible area. If returns do not meet this specification they will be refused by Arlington Motorsports. Please contact by phone or email prior to returns.

Electrical Products
There is no returns on electrical parts.

Returns for Refund
Customer will pay a 20% restocking fee and will be responsible for shipping.

Return for Exchange
No restocking fees, customer will be responsible for shipping.

Incorrect Item Received
If Arlington Motorsports is at fault for shipping wrong product, Arlington Motorsports will replace with correct item, pay return shipping and reimburse standard shipping rate only.

Clearance and Closeout Items
No refunds on any clearance, closeout or blemished items. Product will be sold as is.
