To help assure delivery of your order within the continental US before December 24, 2007 we suggest that you order before December 14, 2007.

Orders placed after December 13, 2007 will require expedited delivery at an additional cost. If you desire expedited delivery, please indicate within the comments section of your order checkout form. We will then ship using the best possible method and all appropriate fees for shipping will automatically be added to your invoice. Delivery by Christmas Eve excludes all special order items, all items sent to addresses via USPS/U.S. Priority Mail including: PO Boxes, addresses in AK, HI, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

Rush Delivery

To ensure orders are processed as quickly as possible, please call 888-917-1300. We will be happy to provide guidance in terms of delivery options, cut-off times, and product availability.

Some general things to keep in mind regarding rush deliveries:

  • Orders received for items in stock will be shipped within 1 business day. Orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day they are received.
  • "Business days" include Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
  • DHL, (our current shipping partner) does not make deliveries on weekends or holidays.

Our shipping guidelines apply to merchandise that is "in stock" only. Although we maintain a large inventory, not all items shown in our online catalogs are immediately available and may require order from the manufacturer.  Items that require special order from the manufacturer cannot be assured for holiday delivery. In the event that an item is sold out from our inventory, will will make every attempt to contact you via email or phone to advise you accordingly.
