Free Delivery:
Purchase a new pontoon and we will deliver and launch it free of charge at the boat ramp of your choice in the surrounding counties.

Dockside Service
Dockside service is available free during your first year of ownership. You will receive free service calls to your dock for no start issues. We also have dockside service for any warranty repairs that can be made at the dock. All you pay is a minimum service call fee and the warranty work will be performed at your dock under the manufacturer warranty guidelines with no charge to you. If in the event the warranty repair cannot be performed at the dock we will meet you with one of our trailers at the nearest boat ramp where a minimum fee will be charged for pick up and re-delivery.

24 Hour Technical Support:
One of our technicians will have a phone in his or her possession in the event you have operational issues while Spicer’s Boat City is closed. Technicians are available to help assist you with problems or concerns as you acclimate yourself to your new boat during the first year of ownership. This is not to say a technician will be available to come to your boat at that time, but we will do our best to help talk you through the problem or concern you are having. We will do this free of charge, at your convenience, at any time of day.

Preferred Service Scheduling: 
When you require service, all you have to do is call or go online to set up a service appointment with our service department, and we will get you right in

Quick Care Service:
We understand problems may arise at inopportune times.
At Spicer’s you can count on us to get your boat into our service department the same day you bring it to us. We will perform a diagnosis of the problem and in many cases repair it right on the spot. To perform this same-day diagnosis we must have your boat here by 11:00 a.m. The completion of repair may depend on our current commitments and parts availability. “Quick Care Service gets you in and out”.
 

On Water Orientation:
Upon purchase of your new boat you have the option to have a free on-water orientation. We will take you out on Houghton Lake to demonstrate how your new boat operates and performs so you have a complete understanding of its operation. So we may spend more time with you and avoid crowded boat ramps, this service is offered on weekdays.

Free Pontoon Loaner Trailers:
When you purchase a pontoon boat without a trailer and need to bring it back to us for warranty repair, winterize, maintenance, retail repair, or storage, we will loan you one of our trailers free.
